Approvals

Approvals in the sidebar, under Assigned to me, gathers what waits for an approval in one list. Its count is how many wait for your approval. Change managers and approvers start their day here.

TabWhat is in it
Waiting for meWhat you may decide now: changes whose current stage asks you, and case approvals for someone with Approve cases.
Mine, waiting for othersYour own work waiting for someone else's approval: changes you own, carry out or asked for, and cases assigned to you or where you asked. Waiting for says who is asked: the stage of a change, or the requester or an approver for a case.

Each row shows the case or change, what is asked (for a change, its planned window), and since when. Open it to read it in full and decide there: Approve or Reject on the change, Approve or reject… on the case's Controls panel.

What isn't listed

Not listedWhy
A change whose current stage you can't decideIt shows once its earlier stages are approved.
A CAB stageThe chair decides it in the CAB meeting, not here. It shows under Mine, waiting for others for the change's owner.
A case approval you asked for, or on a case assigned to youSeparation of duties: someone else approves it.
Cases and changes you can't seeThe list follows your access, like the inbox.

Changes are listed with the Change Management plugin on.

For the API
